2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy discounted rates or FREE shipping on specific promotional items.

COD Orders: A standard Cash on Delivery fee may apply to cover logistics handling costs.

3. Order Verification (COD)

To ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders undergo a mandatory verification process via WhatsApp or a direct call. Orders will be dispatched only after customer confirmation. Unconfirmed orders will be cancelled after 48 hours.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your Nue-Trix package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp. This allows you to monitor your shipment's progress until it reaches your doorstep.

5. Product Handling

6. Delayed Shipments
